What most files need

The exact list depends on the country, the visa type and your circumstances — this is the shape of it, not a substitute for your case checklist.
Passport & photos
A passport with enough validity and blank pages, plus photographs to the mission’s exact specification — a surprisingly common reason for rejection at the counter.
Proof of purpose
Itinerary, invitation, admission or employment letter — the evidence that matches the visa category you are applying under.
Proof of funds
Bank statements and, where relevant, income tax returns showing you can support the trip. Consistency here matters more than a big number.
Ties & intent
Employment, property or family evidence that speaks to your intention to return — the question behind most tourist and visitor decisions.

Completeness
Every document the mission requires for your exact category and nationality — present, current and in the right format.
Consistency
Names, dates, employer and funds that agree across the passport, the forms and the supporting papers. Contradictions sink applications.
Presentation
Ordered and labelled the way the mission expects, so the officer finds what they are looking for without hunting.
The line we do not cross
Never, on
any file
- We never create, arrange or “source” a document you did not obtain yourself
- We never submit a bank statement, letter or booking that is not genuinely yours
- We will tell you if a file is weak rather than send it and take the fee anyway
Fabricated documents are detected far more often than people expect, and the ban that follows a fraud finding lasts years. A weak-but-honest application can be improved; a dishonest one ends the conversation.
