The bag is
the airline\'s
job. Chasing
it is ours

Porters arranged, excess baggage costed before you fly, and — when a bag goes missing — the airline\'s claim filed correctly and followed up. What we can do, plainly, and what only the airline can.

What we handle

Four ways we
take the weight
off the bags

Some of it is convenience and some of it is damage control. All of it is the part of travel nobody enjoys dealing with alone.

01

Porter and trolley, arranged

A porter booked in advance at the airports that offer it, so a solo traveller with three bags or a family at the end of a long flight is not managing the whole load alone.

02

Excess baggage, planned not panicked

We check each airline's allowance and excess rates before you fly and tell you what an extra bag actually costs — so it is a decision at home, not a surprise at the counter.

03

Delayed bags, chased for you

If a bag does not arrive we help you file the airline's Property Irregularity Report correctly and follow it up, because a report filled in badly is the reason bags stay lost.

04

Special items, flagged early

Sports gear, musical instruments, medical equipment and fragile items each have their own rules. We confirm the airline's policy before you pack, not after they refuse it.

Honestly

What we can
and cannot
promise

A service that pretends it controls the airline's baggage system is lying to you. Here is the real division of responsibility.

  • A lost or delayed bag is the airline's responsibility and the airline's process. We help you file and follow the claim correctly and quickly — we cannot promise a bag will be found or that compensation will be paid.
  • Compensation for lost baggage is governed by the Carriage by Air Act and, on international journeys, the Montreal Convention. The limits are set by law and the airline, not by us.
  • Porter availability, and whether it can be pre-booked, varies by airport. We confirm what is actually possible at your airport before you rely on it.
  • For high-value items, the real protection is baggage cover on a travel insurance policy — we will point you to it rather than imply we can replace what an airline loses.

Ask about a journey

Tell us the airline and the bags.

We will confirm the allowance, the excess cost and what porter help is possible at your airport before you travel — and if a bag is already missing, we will help you file and chase it.
