Tripgation is an Indian travel management company built by people who got tired of chasing airline holds on WhatsApp. We pair experienced consultants with our own booking, visa and reporting tools — so corporates, SMEs and families spend less on travel and lose less time to it.
The name
A trip is the easy half. The other half is the visa appointment that moved, the fare that expired overnight, the reissue nobody approved, the hotel that never got the GST number.
We named the company after that second half, because that is the work. Everything we've built — the consultants, the tooling, the 24×7 desk — exists to keep the navigation off your desk and on ours.

A move north, and a clear look at the same two complaints from every traveller we met: nobody could see what they were paying for, and nobody could fix a booking after hours.
The first corporate accounts
Leisure enquiries paid the bills; corporate accounts taught us the discipline — approval trails, cost centres, and month-end reports that reconcile without an argument.
Built the consultant bench
We stopped hiring for headcount and started hiring for fare construction, visa case work and ground handling. Every account has had a named consultant since.

Incorporated on 20 May 2020 under the Companies Act, 2013 — in the worst month the travel industry has had. We spent it processing refunds and repatriations instead of selling.

Our representative meets the traveller at the airport, seaport or hotel, handles the transfer, and stays reachable until they're checked in. For first-time travellers and senior executives alike, it is the least glamorous service we offer and the one people remember.
